How It Works
- Make a Referral: Introduce a potential client to WTG Solutions Inc. who could benefit from our services.
- Referral Qualification: The referred client must be a new client, sign a contract, and remit payment for at least three months of their Monthly Recurring Charge (MRC).
- Earn Your Reward: After the referred client completes their third month of paid service, you will receive a monetary reward equivalent to one month of their service fee.
Steps to Participate
- Identify Potential Clients: Consider businesses within your network that may benefit from our services.
- Make an Introduction: Introduce the potential client to us via email, ensuring you CC our referral program coordinator at referrals@wtgsolutions.com.
- Follow-Up: Our team will manage the process from there and keep you informed about your referral’s status.
Terms and Conditions
Eligibility:
- The referral program is open to individuals and entities, excluding WTG Solutions Inc. employees, their immediate family members, and current business partners.
Referral Criteria:
- The referred client must be a new client to WTG Solutions Inc. and must not have engaged with our sales team in the past six months.
Reward Details:
- The reward amount will be equivalent to one month’s service fee of the referred client, excluding any discounts or promotions.
- Rewards will be disbursed via check within 30 days after the referred client completes their third month of paid service.
- Recipients are responsible for any tax obligations associated with referral rewards.
Multiple Referrals:
- There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make. Each successful referral that meets the criteria will earn a reward.
Legal Compliance:
WTG Solutions Inc. reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Referrers must comply with all applicable state and federal laws, including FTC regulations on endorsements and advertising (16 CFR Part 255) and Florida’s Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (Fla. Stat. § 501.201–213).
If referrers publicly promote WTG Solutions Inc. (e.g., through online reviews or social media), they must disclose that they are receiving a reward for referrals. A simple disclosure such as “I may receive a referral incentive for recommending WTG Solutions Inc.” is required to comply with FTC Endorsement Guidelines.
WTG Solutions Inc. has sole discretion in determining referral eligibility and reward distribution.
